Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Motionden collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Motionden’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Motionden’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Motionden may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Motionden also collects potentially personally-identifying information like internet protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and people viewing prototype URL’s. Motionden only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Personal Information

Certain visitors choose to interact with Motionden in ways that require Motionden to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Motionden gathered depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at motionden.com to provide their name and email address.

Those who engage in transactions with Motionden — by purchasing access to our premium services or subscriptions for example — are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Motionden collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with Motionden. Data relating to the transaction carried out through our site and the fulfillment of your orders will be stored.

Motionden does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. Users have the right to data portability. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Use of any feature or functionality involving Third Party Services is governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of both Motionden and the respective required External Services'.
